Warranty

SeeDevil™ hereby warrants that new SeeDevil™ balloon light Fixtures purchased from authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealers in the United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of the time stated herein, subject to certain stated limitations.

In order to claim warranty products must be registered via www.SeeDevil.com. SeeDevil™ voids its obligations to warranty on any and all products that are not registered within 90 days of purchase. Please keep purchase order/invoice for registration purposes, failure to do so may result in the inability to register SeeDevil™ products. THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY any new SeeDevil™ balloon light fixtures purchased from an authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer or SeeDevil™ in the United States will be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase for pleasure or non-commercial use/applications, subject to exclusions noted herein. SeeDevil™ balloon light fixtures are rated for a 50,000 hr. lifetime, therefore a six (6) year limited warranty exceeds the product rated lifetime of a SeeDevil™ balloon light fixture. SeeDevil™ balloon light fixtures purchased for commercial or rental use/applications from an authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer or SeeDevil™ in the United States will be warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase subject to exclusions noted herein.

DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY any authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace, at SeeDevil’s option, any part judged defective by SeeDevil™ due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period. Failures other than those resulting from defects in material workmanship which arise solely as a result of owner abuse, use and/or lack of proper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. All parts replaced under warranty become the property of SeeDevil™.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:
a. Installation of parts or accessories that are not qualitatively equivalent to genuine SeeDevil™ parts.
b. Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse.
c. Wear and tear – wearing down of parts due to product use.
d. Lack of proper maintenance.
e. Accident or collision damage or any act of God.
f. Product modification.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
A. Shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance.
B. Excluded from this warranty are any incidental or consequential damages including loss of use.

THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILTY under this warranty shall be to:
1. Operate and maintain the balloon light as specified in the appropriate Owner’s Manual.
2. Give notice to an authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer of any and all apparent defects within ten (10) days after discovery, and make the machine available at the time for inspection and repairs at such dealer’s place of business. You may locate your nearest authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer online at www.SeeDevil.com.

Six (6) years of private, non-commercial use
One (2) years for commercial or rental use/applications.

WARRANTY TRANSFER: to transfer any remaining warranty from the original purchaser to any subsequent purchaser, it is imperative that the unit be inspected and registered for warranty by an authorized SeeDevil™ balloon light dealer. In order for this warranty to remain in effect, this inspection and registration must take place within 10 days after transfer. A reasonable dealer imposed fee may be charged for the inspection.

SeeDevil™ makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the obligations and time limits stated in the warranty are hereby disclaimed by SeeDevil and excluded from this warranty.

*Exclusions may apply
