We’re expanding with a brand-new division in the Orlando area and are seeking a motivated, hands-on professional to join our team at launch. Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Rental Lighting Technician + Rental Sales Representative to support our rental operations. This hybrid role combines technical fieldwork with client-facing sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both working with equipment and building customer relationships.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining lighting equipment at job sites and events, while also developing rental sales opportunities by engaging with customers, explaining our products, and ensuring every client has a seamless SeeDevil™ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, operate, and maintain SeeDevil™ Lighting equipment at customer locations, events, and job sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Work directly with rental clients to explain product features, safety, and best-use practices.
• Identify and pursue rental sales opportunities to grow the Orlando division’s customer base.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after rentals.
• Manage rental inventory, ensuring all equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for deployment.
• Assist in building SeeDevil™’s presence in the Orlando market through outreach and local partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, service calls, and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event production, equipment rental, or a technical field preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude with comfort troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide product training.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to help build a new division from the ground up.
